Standards of Business Conduct – Golden Interactive Media developed this 45-minute eLearning to help Microsoft employees worldwide understand legal issues that pertain to their to work. This course includes video and interactive elements and is localized in 14 languages. (Video produced by Von Piglet Production in Seattle.)

Facebook
Facebook Pages – Golden Interactive Media developed this 21-minute eLearning to help Facebook clients learn how to use the new Facebook Pages, customize their business or organization’s Page, and manage its content. This course includes video and interactive simulations of the Pages interface.

Introducing the New Page Insights – Golden Interactive Media developed this 20-minute eLearning to help Facebook clients understand reporting features offered by Facebook’s Page Insights product and learn to use Page Insights to optimize their publishing strategy on Facebook. This course includes video, interactivity, and animations.

Yahoo
Building a High Performance Workplace through Performance Management – Golden Interactive Media developed this 12-minute web-based training to help all Yahoo! employees understand Yahoo!’s Performance Management Process. In the course, a mountain climber illustrates concepts by talking about his experience managing a climbing expedition. Golden Interactive Media implemented this media-rich course in seven languages and for the visually impaired.

Leading and Aligning Goals – Golden Interactive Media developed this 9-minute web-based training for Yahoo! managers to help them align their team’s goals to functional and regional goals and company priorities and communicate with their employees about where their work fits in.

Gap Inc.
Preventing Sexual Harassment – Golden Interactive Media developed this 2-hour web-based training to help Gap Inc. supervisors prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Ten fictional scenarios help supervisors understand applicable laws, Gap Inc. policy, and how to recognize and respond to sexual harassment.

Managing Pay and Disabilities – Golden Interactive Media developed this 60-minute web-based training to ensure that Gap Inc. supervisors are familiar with company policies related to employment of hourly employees and workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities. Fictional scenarios based on real-life employment situations are used to help supervisors recognize when action is required and respond appropriately.

Juniper Networks
Networking Fundamentals – Golden Interactive Media developed this 5-hour web-based training as an introduction to key concepts in networking. The course uses animated graphics, interactive exercises, and an extensive glossary to help learners understand how networks work and the technologies that make networks possible. Junos as a Second Language – Golden Interactive Media developed this 90-minute web-based training for network engineers who are already well-versed in Cisco’s IOS software but who might not be as familiar with Juniper Networks’ Junos software. Interactive command line simulations, code walkthroughs, audio narration, and illustrations enhance the learner experience. Viewable online at http://www.juniper.net/training/elearning/jsl.html.

Golden Interactive Media also created a podcast edition of Junos as a Second Language specially formatted for use in the smaller format of an iPod or iPhone (320 x 240 pixels).
